Choose a plan, complete secure Stripe Checkout, and PingStep automatically updates access after Stripe confirms the subscription. PingStep never receives card details.
Changing plans
Use Manage billing to switch between Pro and Scale. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe charges the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect immediately; unused paid value becomes a Stripe credit toward future invoices.
Self-service refunds
PingStep does not provide manual plan changes or cash refunds for plan changes. Manage subscriptions and billing details in Stripe. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Why limits exist
Lifecycle events use real compute and database capacity. Limits keep the free plan useful while protecting all customers from noisy or accidental high-frequency integrations.
